i'm at 100k purely by trading with dextools and selling high and buying low, but i needed 2/3 years to get to this amount and i was VERY lucky. If you manage to get to 2.5 mil, congrats, you officially made it.

I have the opportunity to borrow $10k at 3% interest up-front, and as long as I pay it back within a year there are no other charges.
Online bank savings accounts pay more than 3% interest so no matter what I'm making money. Stocks look to be coming back, so I could dump $5k in the market and $5k in savings and basically be guaranteed to come out ahead on this.
What are the possible downsides to this otherwise fool-proof plan?
