Thanks to it there is a bit of trading activity since 4 days that maintain us in the green while most shit is dumping. I hope its not the usual case of buy the rumor sell the new.

Under the radar project. its so under the radar and close to water that it could actually drown (very low volume). However I'm still bullish on it, most of top wallets do not sell and just hold, the project is advancing slowly with actual progress on its objectives. Its just that the team almost never communicates.
They are speaking at a con in a few days and I've noticed increased activity since 2 days.
check it out, imo the concept is great and fairly unique, the only problem is the lack of hype, you'll need to follow breadcrumbs (without biz helping you like for link).

Any of you know about this? It seemed dead, but some development happened behind the scenes and the volume, while still abysmal, seems to slowly rise now.
