I'm genuinely wondering if, with boomers and institutions coming in en masse in via ETFs, whether we'll see the continued multiples of previous ATHs. Won't some of these institutions like those that have a contract to keep, say, 1% of the portfolio BTC (and therefore constantly sell off when BTC booms) lead to a sort of stagnation where we'll no longer get massive crashes but also greatly dull further growth?

It seems to keep that one possibility with the influx of institutions (a possibly stabilizing influence )is that the time for wild fluctuation and potential for timing the market is gone.
