Realistically, how much do you need to /make-it/ on the east coast of the US? Say you live in a smaller town, own a few properties, and aren't some sort've gay consumer. Like $40k a year at most in expenses.

$2m after taxes? $4m? I'm curious as to how much I'll have to make from GME and ETH in the next year to never have to work again.
