Boot_Interprocess is a commonly used inter hook that's associated with common programs that offer syncronizing or consistent updating functionality. Many programs create this folder and although some malicious programs do, the MD5 Hash of this interprocess does not match a virus tangent on any scanners i have on my system.

The Electra blockchain is of course automatically syncing at all times, that's how a wallet works.

If you don't believe me, go grab ADWcleaner off the malwarebytes site, and it'll consider the file clean / non malicious.
