I just recently learned that Sergey is facing serious jail time. The team is trying to keep things quiet and avoid word getting out, but the truth is that the only papers they are preparing at the moment are legal ones. In fact, Ari is not being brought on for a white paper, but rather to assist legally, as he is also a registered attorney in the state of New York.

It all started when Sergey assaulted a McDonald's employee in Brooklyn after they messed up his order, but he was able to flee and managed to continue running things for a few months. Unfortunately his temper got the better of him again in downtown Manhattan where he again assaulted a McDonald's employee. This time after discovering that this particular McDonald's location on 42nd Street, his favorite, right on Times Square, was shutting down. He was nearly apprehended trying to get into a taxi, but was able to get away and flee the country. Supposedly he is in Cambodia, but who knows if those rumors are true or just a red herring while he is really somewhere else entirely.

The truth is that there is no second whitepaper coming. I just recently learned that Sergey is facing serious jail time. It is unlikely he will be able to return to the US, so he will likely try to continue running chainlink through zoom calls. The longer the virus goes on the better for him so he doesn't have to explain why he isn't physically at any of the meetings. The ideal goal though is to either beat the case or get charges dropped so he can return to New York. They keep dumping LINK to pay legal fees, but the outlook is grim. It seems inevitable word will spread, in which case the team is ready to dump everything and milk what they can from this bruised and battered project.

White paper? Sergey is facing serious jail time. The team is trying to keep things quiet and avoid word getting out, but the truth is that the only papers they are preparing at the moment are legal ones. Sergey actually assaulted a McDonald's employee in Brooklyn after they messed up his order but he was able to flee and managed to continue running things for a few months. Unfortunately his temper got the better of him again in downtown Manhattan where he again assaulted a McDonald's employee. This time after discovering that this particular McDonald's location on 42nd Street, his favorite, right on Times Square, was shutting down.
