I sent my ETH from one exchange to another 12 hours ago and it still hasn't showed up in Etherscan or in the exchange I sent it to.

What gives? Is my ETH lost? Cause it's not showing up in the original exchange and it's not showing up in the blockchain.

Hello /biz/. I have just received an e-mail that I will be having a "First Quarter Performance Review."
I am terrified I could be fired.

Here is some background: I am a full-time intern who is not in school and my internship had no specified end date (started in January) so I simply never left. I have been meaning to ask if I could be registered as a "regular employee" but he said I should wait a month or two to make sure I like it here first. That was 4 months ago now. The only other intern, a part-time student, was hired but I never said anything.

The work is consulting, so I am supposed to track hours worked for different companies. Unfortunately, I have not gotten many hours because I don't get many assignments. The way my office is structured, I am essentially seated in the corner of my department and have spoken to my boss maybe 3 times since starting since he is always in Chicago and I am seated far away. All I ever get to do is help other workers in the office, never any word from the boss himself. I don't get much work at all as a result, so I spend a lot of time on /biz/ at work and trade crypto in my spare time, which is most of it. I am always asking coworkers if I can help with things though but they rarely have work for me. However, I did design something my first week, a small but useful VBA macro, that is being used by my department now.

Am I fucked? Am I going to be fired? Is it normal to have a "first quarter performance review" out of nowhere? I am terrified. I love working here and I can bring a list of my accomplishments if it helps.

Please give me any advice.
