You know it just occurred to me. If you break down the door, then *also* repair it, technically you may be able to bill them for the cost of doing so. So that's an option that could get you in now and then you can let lawyers or small claims or whatever figure it out later.

But if you paid a price where you need massive cashflow growth per year to break even vs bonds. At a cycle top in a cyclical industry. Then maybe that price was too high.
