What are some good investments for someone with 30k cash laying around? I already have

>110k ETFs in TFSA, RRSP, and unregistered accounts
>6.5k in GICs (4.7%)
>12k in RPP (employer matching)

Im thinking
>education
>language classes
>more 4.7% GICs because the market has been a crab forever and I don't like gambling (coins)
