So I think the tweet is deleted now, but he had tweeted the phrase "He won because the Election was Rigged"
I think that then the media jumped onto this as 'look he's conceding! he admitted Biden won!"
when if you read the phrase you can see why that's a dumb interpretation of what he meant
He was saying "he only "won" because the election was illegitimate" -- I think if he had put won in quotation marks nobody would have jumped onto his tweet that he was conceding [imo a stupid bandwagon to jump on in the context]
