I found out the #62 ranked university in the western region was starting an online MBA program that was accelerated and produced an actual MBA. It was just under 15k. I submitted the documents necessary for admission and to my surprise my shitty little BAS degree with a 3.87 GPA got me into this Master's program. Mom and Dad are stoked. Now, I'm getting an MBA in Finance and it's just a little two years after I found this board and discovered I was a worthless neet. I finished a book that could potentially make me some passive income and I have my 664 LINK. I realize that I should have taken the 20k loan money and bought LINK with it but I still haven't learned my lesson and don't have the courage to gamble that. I figure if LINK does really skyrocket, I can take my 664k invest it to get 5-10% optimistically and live off it. It will also give me some credibilty to use my MBA along with some blockchain certs from edX to offer consulting services and analyze businesses for potential blockchain threats. I also thought about law school. I thought it was too expensive but I'm a New Mexico resident and tuition for in-state residents at the UNM School of Law is only 17k a year. I can get that much in student loans a year. So it's not out of the question. I tell my mom about law school. She gets excited and reveals to me that she has always wanted Anon to be a lawyer. It was her dream for me. Great! Now, a Master's isn't good enough. I show her how cheap law school is in NM. She suggest University of Oregon. The difference is that U of O will cost an extra 50k+. And U of O is only the #83 law school and UNM is the #91 law school. It's not enough of a difference to justify going there for that much extra money. Either way, in the end, I'll have a J.D. degree. Hopefully this motivates someone. I'm also proof that my financial outlook has become more positive after visiting this board. Before coming here, I was destined to live off of 9k a year. (3/4)
