I'm autistic and facing a predicament. 85% of autistic people are unemployed. The remaining 15% are either working in well paying careers or in dead end and part time jobs. So this leaves me in a dire situation. If I want to have a life I need to work and i'm being denied that.

SSI is not a viable option because the government does not pay you enough money to live comfortably each month and I wouldn't qualify for it. I don't want to be homeless, end up committing suicide, or live in my moms basement for the rest of my adult life.
