Whatever you say, Jordan Belfort.

I had some experience in tech. Built some gaming PCs with friends and stuff like that. Got a few certificates and worked as a jr. IT tech for some company. Boomers are shit with computers and I solved their issues. Literally told them to turn it off and on again and replugged unplugged shit all day long. Not bad for $18 per hour.
Did some security certificates and kept building experience. Worked at another company as a Jr. Sys admin. Made $30. Then jumped to another company. They pay me $40 per hour plus bonus if I get work done fast. I'm a security analyst. Keep people's machines clean. Have to educate boomers at companies about security. Remove malware. Perform backups. Shit like that.
Just get some certificates and build your experience. It's flooded with Pajeets, so if you have even an iota of communication skills, verbal and written, you can climb pretty fast.
Don't take shit from your managers. There's so much demand for IT guys you can leave and find a job by next week.
