It's coming, dfinity is under investigation for fraud and misappropriating funds.

There are several complaints on the dfinity forums concerning node providers being blacklisted after the owner spent 10's of thousands on node hardware.

People who invested in nodes were often denied from running nodes even after dfinity advertised all they needed to do was buy the hardware.
