Before you scream at me "retardosaurus rex!!!!!!", I'm thinking of dumping my BTC for ETH. Why not? Eth might bleed a little in sats vs btc over the long term, but this is not for the long term.

I could sell it for SOL, but I'll be honest - the SOL ecosystem's "muh tech bro" coins suck ass. Eth is still by far and away the champ when it comes to tech-focused shitcoins. SOL is simply for the memecoins right now.

I need Eth to cushion my portfolio if faggot ass Greyscale continues dumping BTC on Monday, and I'll need the Eth to average down on my Eth shitcoins (INJ & TET if you're curious, might add another like FET or RNDR).

I know you BTC maxis will discourage me and tell me "it's a game of sats bro", and yes I understand that. My risk taking here is that you make the real money by buying alts at the bottom. Obviously by looking at many alts' charts atm, I wouldn't be surprised if we violently dump over the next few weeks down to their previous support levels before their December pumps. And before you tell me to Tether up instead, keep in mind that Tether doesn't go up/don't make money if the market suddenly decides to go back up again. That's why I avoid Tether.
