nobody really has the merit to talk down to anyone in the sense that it implies they're an "inferior" person as a whole
everybody has their own weaknesses and their own strengths
even people like Warren Buffett and Ray Dalio are in some area "inferior" to the average /smg/ poster
nothing, including life itself, has any worth outside of the meaning people assign it because "worth" and "success" are inherently subjective concepts
here is no such thing as objective success or worth, so it's impossible for one person to be objectively "superior" to another as a human being

"Talking down to people" is just a 4chan-ish way of voicing my opinion that getting emotional over short term price action causes you unnecessary stress and ultimately reduces your returns in the long run
