Nobody does. All masks wearers are endless fiddling with the things. Maybe they have proper N95 grade mask but they still put their fingers all over it all the time to adjust position, droplets transfer from mask to fingers, fingers touch things. It's all a nickel and dime dog and pony show. Public placebo and does nothing.
