is the meaning of our existence like the meaning in a dream or a drug trip, where we wake and find it was all nonsense all along?

truth is absurd no matter what it turns out to be, but the easiest way to stop a cycle of avoiding it would simply be to say it, and accept it, and hopefully be ok with it.
