Why does it seem like the answers are right in front of us but we're blind? It seems like there are loads of ways to become wealthy, but I can't see any in my reach.

Are we supposed to read some books on corporate finance and business, autobiographies of successful people, and watch interviews of them, and just save our money from a shitty job until we have a little chunk of cash to use our knowledge on? What the fuck else are we supposed to do? Successful people ALWAYS seem to be so vague about how they made it.

I want to make as much money as possible, but I just don't have the knowledge of corporate finance that all of these super successful people seem to all have. Is that really the answer? I can go to a Half Price Books and buy a Brealey & Myers Corporate Finance textbook for like $10 used right now, and loads of autobiographies and other investing books written by EXTREMELY successful people in finance, guys who have hundreds of millions at a fucking minimum, let alone $1,000,000,000+ net worth's. Is that all it takes? I just don't see how that could be the case.
