Of course you'll make more money with a lower delta if it ends up ITM. You can also think of delta as the % chance an option has of expiring ITM. So a delta of 64 has a 64% chance of expiring ITM, so you'll make more as soon as the option ends up ITM. I'm sure you've seen the video/pic of that dude on reddit that bought $500 worth of TSLA LEAPS and they are now worth over 1 million today; FAR, FAR OTM LEAPS. You can give it a try, but you gotta remember, something could happen at any point sending the market into a downwards spiral and the premium on those OTM calls could be absolutely obliterated. A lot of money can be made with options and a lot of money can be lost with options. Look at the pros and cons and make your own decision of what's best depending on your risk tolerance.
