It's clearly based on big 5 traits which is well accepted in psychology breh, complete with empirical samples, normal distributions, and even some objective examinations that correlate to results (ex. Trait openness correlates to relations of intuitiveness and prospecting to other big 5 traits, which also correlates to IQ, with INTP being highest IQ tested group of the 16).
