>who the fuck is crazy enough to buy puts in this market?
Me, soon.
We'll see. I've nailed even single day so far for the past 2 weeks, flipping long and short. Maybe it'll be my downfall but I refuse to believe that a semi-good earnings with worsening forward guidance for a gpu design company warrants a 2% jump in the entire market, especially with increasingly shittier macro data forcing the fed to postpone cuts.
This is called max retardation, and it always ends in one way.

Welp, looks like we're back to 2020-2021 levels of manic retardation.

>Fed signaling that cuts wont come as soon as the market thinks
Pump.
>QT turned into Hyper-QT with long durations issuance spam
Pump.
>Inflation turned out to be sticky, most likely above target
Pump.
>All heavy hitters except maybe NVDA expecting a dip in earnings
Pump.
>BTFP confirmed to be ending
Pump.
>RRP about to run dry
Pump.

This is the type of market where fundamentals don't matter and everyone can be a stock market genius by simply throwing darts at random symbols.
Buy everything.

>excuse me uhhh management?
>I uhh... I can't go back to the office WFH is the only option
>why? Well uhh... I've had to start wearing diapers whenever I leave the house due to personal circumstances that arose during covid
>if I have to shidd and fard in my pants around others, it won't be a conducive work environment for anyone.
>Yes, thank you... I'll work very hard from home, you've saved me a lot of trouble dear manager
>bye
>*shids and fards loudly* before hanging up
