you need to go out and set some achievable goals. For example it can be just a 30 minute walk per day at first, and you stick to it. then it can be a 60 minute walk, or 2x30. Then you can run a bit. If you live near a forest or a park you can go there and exercise a bit. it can be 10 pushups and 10 pullups a day + a walk. it can be running around your block..
you have to set small goals first, achieve them, and raise the bar progressively.
I live in a high rise appartment and I took the habit not using the elevator at all because it's free exercise. The depressed mind would say: fuck it's too high I'm not motivated to walk the stairs. But when you shift the way you think it becomes: fuck yeah i'm going to walk those stairs it's fucking free exercise and it keeps my body working, raises my stamina, fuck the elevator.
