2600-1750 = $850 profit per month

If I put it on Airbnb, I could probably get $3200+ collections monthly with ease. That's $850-1450 profit per month.

If I was hiring, I'd test my candidates and have them bring portfolios of their work and test their portfolios for authenticity too (and get a good feel for them). That's how I've gotten hired by every employer who has ever given me an interview - I always bring my portfolio and offer to let them test me (and I always bring references). Any employer who looks at the detail you're talking about and dismisses someone deserves a shit employee for not going more in depth.
