No. Flags (geoflags) are inherently against the very essence of 4chan. Wanting flags means you're probably from reddit and you're disturbed by the anonymity here, and you want less anonymity, want 4chan to be more like reddit. Even IDs bad as the make 4chan less anonymous which is why most boards don't have IDs, but in places like /pol/ and /biz/ IDs are a necessary evil. And it means you're very likely fairly new and found 4chan via /pol/ after they added flags (protip newfag, they had """""memeflags""""" first before geoflags).

Newfag trying to fit in detected. You're probably so new that you think geoflags on /pol/ is normal and call non-geoflags "memeflags" and think such flags were "added" later. And no, invoking moot doesn't make you look like an oldfag nor make you look like you belong here. You can't even name the anime relevant to the creation of 4chan.

/pol/ used to not have flags. And then, when flags were added, they were not geoflags -- geoflags came later (and then, for a short time period, only geoflags existed which caused newfags who arrived during that time to later cry about "memeflags" when they were restored).

Geoflags makes a board less 4chan and closer to being plebbit.
