But yeah silver is arguably more useful than gold due to gold being incredibly expense. I don’t think gold is overvalued btw, the growing upper and upper middle classes in emerging economies like China, Indonesia, and India desire it greatly. Gold will continue to go up. Which makes it less useful is survivalist scenarios, but useful a few years out once things recover a bit and you managed not to starve to death
