Premiums, I've found 1-1.25 is a good spot for me on soxl, depends on greeks really
Days to expiration is usually 45 or so out for taking advantage of theta decay
As soon as it sells, set a buy to close limit order for about half the premium(50% profit), if it triggers then sell another set if possible
At 21 days look at closing, rolling or holding till expiration
