I bought c3.AI today ask me anything.

No, the europoor meme is absolute true, I don't know if most burgers realize that. Having lived in Austria and Germany, which productivity is easily comparable with the USA (obv not total but per citizen) we live like shit and get taxed to death.
A few examples from me living in Austria:
>360€ a year for a state tv license (forced because I own a tv even though I technically am not able to recieve it)
>100€ yearly tax for my dog, another 100€ yearly to get insurance for my dog that I am FORCED to buy (my dog is less than 5kg heavy)
>1000€ taxes a year just for owning a car with a 3l diesel engine
>2.5% VAT if you buy real estate
>36-50% VAT on a car, depending on how strong the engine is
>20% VAT on everything except food

Gas prices are 300% of what they are in the USA. Real estate and food is also much more expensive, if you live outside of California/NYC.
And our median income is SHIT.

Oh and our "free" healthcare costs decent earners like me 300€/month. It's only free if youre unemployed. And it's absolute shit, waiting times for specialists are ~2 months, waiting times in the ER are easily 3 hours and to get a non live threatening surgery you have to wait several months too. I once had an arm injury that prevented me from working and if I wouldn't have went to a private doctor I would had to wait for ~3 months.

As much as I'd love crypto to be a replacement to fiat, I doubt that is going to happen
If less people would use fiat, then governments wouldnt be able to sustain their unrealisitc huge debts anymore, so I'm pretty sure if crypto will become a real threat governments in the west will quickly start to ban it.

You have to tell us much more. What are you working as? In which real estate market are you planing on buying? An apartment or a house? Which size?
Keep in mind that the costs of maintaining a house alone are quickly as high as paying rent for an apartment.
If you want into a house on the countryside it could also be the case that you atcually would be better off buying in an apartment in a bigger city, renting it out and renting a house from the money. That way you don't have to pay anything if the house needs fixing and if you have to do some repairs in your apartment you are able to write it off your taxes.
