don't we need it to stop being in the downtrend for it to even be called a reversal? We didn't close well enough above 11800 resistance for this entire run to be called a reversal. We are still in a bear market and I hate it.

Looking at this fresh TA, the major resistance was at 10.5k and 10k was really minor, only seen by that tiny black ascending line. I dunno oracle, it still looks kinda bearish to me, and 10k is psychological support so people keep panic selling below
