Whats your guys take on REITS like O and IRM?

Are they still discounted or worth it? What about oil I sold my positions with the Trump pump and don't want to play a game of chase if it drops further, which I doubt.

My issue with Fauci, is that like the scientific and medical community, he is arrogant about the solution to any public health issues. Doctors may know how to treat a disease but know nothing about statecraft and running a country and the logistical supply that helps them carry out their treatments. Their solutions are infeasible yet they push and scream trying to get their way.
