I don't think they will accept just one, so if they deny ProShares all will be denied.

>VanEck Associates and SolidX filed a request on June 5, for a bitcoin-related ETF that would be physically backed and fully insured. “A properly constructed physically backed bitcoin ETF will be designed to provide exposure to the price of bitcoin, and an insurance component will help protect shareholders against the operational risks of sourcing and holding bitcoin,” the two companies said in a press release.
They don't have to worry about insurance

>Blass said she would like information on how a fund would value the ETF in the event of a fork—when a cryptocurrency splits into two due to a significant upgrade of a currencies blockchain, or the digital infrastructure that underpins most virtual assets.
They don't have to worry about forks

Even if you believe the cope tomorrow which will be that VanEck is the only one that matters and that it has a higher chance of approved, it is the last one to be decided on.

Dump for the rest of the year because all of them are getting denied.

If ProShares gets denied, the "physically backed" one will too.

If proshares , which doesn't hold "real" bitcoin, gets denied, the one that does (vaneck) probably will too.

First one is ProShares on August 23.

ETF denials are the new "Korean FUD".

Thanks to baghodlers hyping up ETFs after bitcoin went below 6k.

The first approval or denial of the year will happen this week. If it's denied then the other ones pending probably will be too. If approved there will be a pump and it might go to 50k if the "real" ETF gets approved in September.
