A reminder - above all else people are free to do with their property and money and investments as they so choose, for any reason or no reason at all. Anyone trying to tell people what to do with their money or investments is not to be trusted as a rule. There's a fast difference between explaining that holding with a broker is holding the entitlement to the value of a given number of shares they may or may not hold on your or their behalf whereas holding direct registered shares is functionally the same as having paper certs in your literal hands and even more secure than that, versus coming into any forum or tv channel or any venue and screaming at the top of your lungs "DRS EVERYTHING OR YOU'RE A KEK/DRS NOTHING OR YOU'RE A FAG".

It's an individual decision people should arrive at on their own. Nothing more, nothing less, and in some cases it's a literal crime to do otherwise than advise folks of such.
>hurr DRS number go down kek baggies
tutes had to sell to keep the percentage of shares accounted for low enough to still abuse the locate system to keep a lid on things. Direct registered shareholders are the largest singular group of ownership for the stock and continuing to grow. Sneed and dilate and cope.

They issued a dividend to shareholders with a par value of one penny. It's still premarket so it's not wise to draw conclusions about price action for any stock, besides based night shift workers and early risers it's almost all institutional trading rn and there's been a lot of selling to keep the percentage of the shares outstanding accounted for under 70% as anything higher makes it incredibly difficult to keep shorting it down as much as is needed for the opposite side of this play.

Cope about how direct registered shareholders now handily make up the largest chunk of ownership of the company. I hope it gets even cheaper so I can buy more.
