BTC is truly worthless because it has 0 utility. Since a coin is not physical, it needs utility for it to have value, it needs a purpose. If there are enough fools to think it's a store of value or some sort of digital gold, it might hold some value, but as more and more people realize its existence has no purpose, it will continue going down and down.
