I hold xxxxx coins. I'll own that many to zero or the moon, and i'm telling you nothing will happen! I'll buy if we get a proper dump though I'm sick of averaging up.

A few guys I know in finance are going to sell their a small amount at $4 to recoup their original investment and make a nice little bag, then wait for $10 to sell the rest.

Make of that what you will I guess. Realistically, I find it very hard to believe it will go beyond $10 at any point.

I honestly don't even know why I go to work. I make $22/hour in a "skilled trade" and the average house around me is about 600k. That means I'll never own a home, which means I will never take the role of a father and a provider to a family.

I drive a 13 year old truck because the new ones are all 60k, meaning I'll never afford a new vehicle. I also cannot afford to vacation since hotels and flights have all gone up to a point where visiting another country for 2 weeks equals 3-4 months worth of after-tax salary for me.

I spend $700/month just on food as a 190lb 6 foot tall man. More than half of my paycheck goes to food, a healthcare plan, a cell phone, basic hygiene supplies and fuel to get to work. Meaning I cannot even afford to rent a 1 bedroom apartment after paying my bills, which goes for $1500/month minus utilities, so I live with my parents.

My wagie pittance has about 25% taken off in deductions each pay period, then I pay 10% sales tax, 15% goes to commuting costs to get to work. The remaining half I get to keep is used in necessities and the remainder is taxed at 8% per year in inflation with GICs and basic investments only paying half that. So it's near impossible to save anything meaningful to actually own something which may generate passive income like a business of your own, land, real estate, etc.

The worst part of it all is the fact that I'm told it's a privilege to be a wagie. I have to put on a happy face, pretend that my role means something, act grateful for the "opportunity". Money does not feel real. Everything feels like a scam.

The main reason why people worked in the past was to support their families, having kids and providing for them was the motivation to endure.

Now young people cannot afford kids because housing has been held captive by the upper class who just imports in workers to subvert and make active income worthless. Working feels like a scam whilst those on top passively reap all the reward.

If the world entered another global war, things would only worsen as those on top would leverage their positions and all of the strong, young men seeking change would die on the battlefield. The only way out is societal collapse.

I thought I was smart. I have two master's degrees, and a good paying job at a Fortune 50 tech company. But, I've been DCA'ing in ICP since about $22 all the way to the $3 that it is today. Turns out, I'm just a stupid fucking goy cattle to get dumped on.

I've been struggling with adjusting since the aftermath of 2021. At the time, I had just begun a job that paid me around $50,000 annually. When I returned home, I would buy in on presales of whatever shitcoin some telegram was shilling and dump it when it launched. I made around $5,000 by doing this every day. It was a free money that I doubt I'll ever encounter again. Now, I find myself back in a regular IT job after cashing what i made into an apartment. Normal employment feels like a fucking scam now when i made peoples yearly salary in a week during the shitcoin run.

I'm an ICP investor. My next buy order is at $2.815. My investment horizon is literally through 2030. /biz/ Jeets don't have the intestinal fortitude to DCA quality tech value; they simply shill one shitcoin after the next, hoping for a quick flip.

If the xls30 hype is true Y won't have to sell at all. However, there will probs be a moon mission before that come to reality, so with the bag I sell i'll pay off my house and car. Have little fun (probs travel) then if anything is left buy some assets cash. Rentals, commodities, ect. My number is 10-50 for that bag to be sold off. The rest I might never sell even without xls30. Might just pass it on I guess idk.

*Fixed rates for a maximum of five years. Then they default back to the variable rate of the day.

Folks with “fixed” rates are relaxing - only to find out in a few years that their mortgage rates will double or even triple.

The intent is to strip Canadians of all property ownership.

You will Own Nothing. And you WILL be “Happy.”

Leasing cars should be illegal. All it does is allow car manufacturers to make overpriced garbage that doesn't last since the average consumer is functionally braindead and will lease for "status"

Tell me about it, I'm Norwegian and welcomed some guys from the pentagon and got them set up with computers and their own SCIF, When their printer died one of my co workers came into my office and said "Anon... She's crying...." I was baffled. Then i went into the SCIF and replaced it in 5 minutes. So fucking dramatic

I don't want to own most of my things, like a car, because many things just sit there unused most of the time, especially for 7 hours when I'm sleeping. Wouldn't it just be cheaper to rent things occasionally instead of buying?
