you're all so fucked. earnings season is about to kick off and reality is gonna set in that the economy is slowing. then jerome powell is gonna come out next week with the tone of a fucking black hawk like jackson hole powell x10 and raise interest rates. ceos are gonna dump their shares and start firing people because they are drowned in 10 years of cheap corporate debt that they cannot refinance without going bankrupt. don't worry about the commercial real estate you will go back to the office those will be fine. the best part is the dollar is tanking which means inflation has bottomed and gas is just starting to moon in the middle of a massive heat wave (energy bills). putin just told everyone to kick rocks when it comes to the new grain deal so guess what, that means wheat prices goin back up inflation baby food gas. it wont be long until unemployment spikes back up into a slowing economy with rising inflation (its called stagflation). then you gonna lose your jobs and the precious zestimates are gonna go to numbers that you never even imagined were possible. you'll begin to panic because you can't refinance in double digit mortgage rates and nobody is hiring so you'll end up defaulting.
