Hey guys I think I'm getting screwed, I need legal advice, any Lawyers here?

My grandpa made a trust that made me and my aunt beneficiaries of a decent estate with my aunt as executrix with full rights after he died. The lawyer who created the trust becomes executor after my aunt dies (fishy), and then I'm executor after the lawyer dies.

So my problem is my aunt is pretty much selling it before it ever gets to me and not definitely not sharing. She is doing a horrible job (3 yrs behind on taxes) and not mentally capable of running it so she wants to sell it all.

She says I'll get what's left, which will be very little after taxes/inflation/squandering/audits.

How much luck will I have taking this to court?
