Lol you sound way too paranoid, relax. Yes if you wire over 10k internationally it will be reported to FINCEN. But guess what? That's also the case for domestic transfers for that amount.

You can try to act like an edgy teenager in order to avoid participating in the global financial system, or you can grow up and realize the reality of the situation. The government does not give a fuck about you and your tiny transactions. Report everything as required and you have nothing to worry about. Yes, you may get audited if you fail to report everything, but this is America we're talking about and you are innocent until proven guilty, which you seem to forget.

Personally I don't give a shit about FATCA because I transfer my money to my girlfriends bank account and label them as gifts. This is technically true and I am doing nothing illegal so I have nothing to worry about. The wire transfers themselves will get reported, but I don't have to file FATCA paperwork on my tax return because I don't have a foreign bank account, I'm just sending an international gift.
