i have a strong feeling ripple is going to donate their holdings, and keep a small fraction that will still make them insanely wealthy, but the imf will end up with the majority, or some sort of trust overseen by the imf or something. i mean thats completely speculative, but i feel like thats what has to happen. if xrp really is used for the future cbdc instant settlement/odl system, how can ripple hold 50 billion xrp? they would be insanely rich, it doesnt make sense for anybody like the IMF/world's regulatory instutitions to allow such a thing. if they keep only 5 billion xrp they will still be incredibly wealthy. this is what i feel will happen. some sort of managed trust held by international entities
