The debt can be resolved by issuing lots of high interest bonds. They can sell those bonds easily to the West by hiring someone like Kevin O'leary to come onto CNBC to talk about the bonds being high return and under valued. They can also hire someone like Tom Brady to endorse the bonds. If they do that, lots of gullible and greedy people will pick up those bonds.After defaulting those bonds, they just shut down the existing company and start a new one.

BUT they need time to get this going and the PBOC is telling them they are going to run out of time to scam enough gwileo before their liabilities are due.
