The company I work for got hit by a ransomware attack. They're holding one of our servers hostage and asking for $5k in BTC. Our IT guy doesn't know what to do, he cant simply erase the server since all of our records and data since 2015 are on that drive

What do /biz/? Do we pay these chink hackers the ransom? Is there a way to decrypt the ransomware?
