honestly just a house I can live in, not even something fancy, maybe 2 cars
things I currently want in my house:
>something to grow stuff in, I'm thinking planted aquascapes and mushrooms
>place for my cat to chill out, maybe get her another cat to be friends
>large open space for when I get a dog, really want a finnish lapphund to be my bro, maybe plant some vegetables
>Open room for whatever I want to do in it, maybe move in some VR gear or set up a large cinema viewing thing
>small gym space with some basic stuff, nothing fancy
>maybe near a place I can fish, always wanted to learn and I could bring my doggo
I could be content living my whole life as a hermit as long as I had a comfy place to live near a forest and away from people
just wanna be comfy and alone bros

Id be "happier" in the sense that I could now do the short list of things I kinda want to do in the future

I dont have many good long term goals or real hobbies, I would need to experiment a lot to make sure I don't end up wanting to die every morning

I'd miss my family, they wouldn't move with me
my friends would all want to leech off me with their business ideas
it might end up ruining my life, I might change my tune when I turn 30 or 40
