Say you start a lawn mowing business. Retards wait and save up until they have the cash for a mower. People willing to go into debt buy a mower on a credit card, pay 0% interest for 18 months, and start generating more income today.

If you are renting, you go into debt (mortgage) to reduce your monthly housing liabilities, and the debt pays you in the form of home equity.

If you don't have a car, you go into debt to get a car (auto loan). Having a car gives you access to more jobs and frees up your time so that you can earn more money.
