>juul ban from other countries
>health concerns coming in to fud the industry
>politicians hoping on the fud train
>competition left and right especially from companies that aren't publicly traded
>most people that vape don't actually use juul
>13billion loan for juul
>payments on loan started August 2019 (pic related)
>if revenues decline at all they could possibly cut dividend to pay note holders first
>note holders get paid before equity holders to avoid bk {bk won't happen but thats just how corporations work)
>heavy down trend on a $76billion market cap with news negative news just about every day

I just don't see ANYTHING bullish about it right now.. even if it does make a spike.. the short interest is so low a big fund could easliy come in and start shorting.

I mean... you can do what you want... but i don't see any reason for MO to go up between now and earnings

>The thought of buying it after a multiple contraction severe enough to get it to $30, and that the yield would be >11%... that’s kind of hot, in a money boner way.
will that yield still be 11% when they cut dividend to pay off their debts that just started payments this august?? you do realize that note holders get paid before equity holders? Any reduction in revenue could be detrimental.. yeah.. i get it.. they sell ciggerates too.. but.. they sold ciggerates BEFORE taking on 13billion in loans for their e-cig investment which is now getting banned left and right and getting heat left and right about health concerns.

big money sees it.. retail is just looking at "but people smoke" or "they have e-cigs" retail isn't looking into filings as deep as big money... you aren't scratching your head wondering why is it tanking?!?! like is nobody sitting there wondering why the price is going down month after month?!?

that 76billion dollar market cap is pretty big for retail to catch and will take awhile to turn that boat around..

imo big money rather buy the debt and not the equity

been telling this thread since MO was over $50 that it's going to $30.... But hey... thats just my opinion

MO is going to $30

>So you think once they have to pay their bonds people are just going to freak out?
no. I think that them having to pay back their bonds are going to eat into their retained earnings at which point they could possibly cut dividend in order to pay note holders IF that happens then yes i think people will then freak out.

Bond holders get paid before equity holders to avoid bankruptcy........

this JUUL investment might turn south on them.. they're already getting banned out of some countries not to mention that other countries where they are banned from theres heavy competition coming from every fucking corner.....

You don't have to listen to me.. you can listen to the people that just say "b-but people vape" but just because people vape doesn't mean the company is going to thrive.. its a tobacco company that took on billions in loans for JUUL and if that investment goes south so does MO and when MO goes south so does the stock price

MO going to $30.............

Debt payments are starting and ecig bans going on in other countries are going to effect MO in the long run...

There is a chance of their dividend being cut and those retained earnings will be distributed out to debt holders instead of equity holders..

Lurk more newb

MO to $30
