It's going to be a new dating app with the tagline "dating for successful people." Every day you get so many points that you can spend on matching with people, but it costs more points to match with someone depending on how many matches that person already has. The cost of matching with that person, and the number of matches they already have, will be displayed next to each user profile. This is step one of solving the thot problem, since thots try to have sex with a minority of guys, but it will get more and more expensive to match with that small minority to the point at which they can no longer afford it.

Step 2 of solving the thot problem is that users can add in-app achievments for things like salary, college degree, speaking languages, etc. These achievments will be verified by submitting proof to Amazon Mechanical Turk. Adding achievments gives you more daily match points, letting you match with more people or more expensive individuals. Since most thots are lazy fucks with no accomplishments, this will price them out of the high end of the market and force them to go deal hunting.

The app will differentiate itself from competitors by attracting successful individuals, rather than appealing to the lowest common denominator. It also attracts women by making heavy use of accomplishment verification, since one of the main reasons why women are so choosy is the fear of being catfished.
