My current plan is to google the fuck out of the local providers for these goods, find out where the bars, hospitals, police, and college students frequent, and look into local business regulations. Start banking with a credit union, start finding ways to build credit. Look into the costs for food trucks, if there are any used for sale. Look into the costs of equipment for each possibility. Research where to source ingredients. Research how to produce the best product. Quit my job when I have the capital secured (or ask for drastically reduced hours). Switch majors to business from forestry. Balance school, operating a business, and working part time. Do local surveys to see what people want to buy. Operate on weekends and at events.
