I think if this AI attempts to control people with a hivemind, (which seems to be the intention, given the elites stated goals of insectification of humanity)
That the resulting smart-city/hivemind system will resonate to extreme violence and suffering and self perpetuate it upon itself, using highly advanced scientific and technological means.
