>Radio silence for a month
>Finally contact them

>Lost my SSN card a few months prior
>Finally get around to going to get them
>Takes a week +
>Take a picture of it first thing
>"Sorry dude but you have to take a picture of the front AND back of your ID and sign ur SSN xD"
>Do so
>No response
>21 hours later I have to send in another email to ask them to do shit
>No response still
>In the time I have waited to get them to work all the stocks I was watching made mad fucking bank multiple times
>Could have made a decent amount of cash to invest even further
