Recap a bit; back in 2022 during state budget passage talks/voting the state legislature passed it giving all state workers an 8% raise with another one funded for 2023 based on a study conducted. (https://personnel.ky.gov/DHRA/ClassificationCompensationReport-FINAL.pdf).). Which is linked. So nutshell; Report states everyone gets an 6% raise no questions asked. Well now those fucks (some of them) in the 2023 legislature session are saying the report wasn't clear enough. Uh WTF, I read the thing. Seems clear as mud to me. Fuck them. Give me my damn pay bump you fucks already allocated the money for.

2023 will be a year where for the most part I merely let my divvy reinvest and my growth stocks do what they do. (So no adding additional funds). If 3200 knocks then SWPPX will see a nice influx of funds. But that'd be the only way. 2023 is all about debt reduction and dealing with "shat happens" things as well as stuffing my Emergency fund with as much green as I got left over.

Another day. Went to work. Actually worked during the morning. Easy stuff. Ate a hardees meal for lunch. Napped at my desk during the afternoon. Woke up about 3:30. I'm not going to pump a lot of money into my brokerage this year and maybe not at all depending on just how the year moves. Considering congress can't elect its own leader after 5 attempts and that the fed will still jack the rates it looks pretty much like shat this year. I did bag MO but that was using money left over I had sitting from 2022.
