if you want an easy way then just find an index you like (DIA, SPY, QQQ) then buy individual stocks you like from that, omitting the worse off stocks or companies you dont like
you could just buy one or two from each sector in pic related

(personally id avoid some things like banks, since a few should have died off in 2008, major videogames like ATVI or EA since i hate their current products and the direction they are headed in, and autos since the 7-8 year cycle that autos follow is nearing the bottom, so better buys will be around in a few years)

more stocks (somewhere between 50 to 200) is statistically better, look up Brownian motion, and modeling stocks with it (i think Monte Carlo projections are based on this modeling assumption?)

how can he, when he keeps on arresting them for "corruption", and has no means to either train more, or attract foreign skilled labor?
giving the military more control is the best thing he could do, even if they have no idea what theyre doing
since a bunch of starving peasants who have no idea what theyre doing certainly arnt going to do a better job
