It is a fraudulent scheme. Anyone investing in this is exit liquidity. The parent company own 90% of shares outstanding and all the underwriters are a bunch of shells owned by Calvin Choi, the chairman and ceo of their parent company. Talk about self-dealing. Which so happens to be the type of behaviour that got him banned recently by Hong Kong's securities and futures commission. Every single IPO AMTD have underwritten have collapsed. It is actually hilarious. Just look up all the companies they have underwritten and it is the same story for each one - so and so founder/board member of company has fled the country.
